Production Availability
We proactively manage the process of placing and tracking your order. As one of the largest truck dealers in Tennessee, we assist many buyers by maintaining numbers of order "slots". This helps us to build trucks more quickly than most dealers.

Estimated Time of Arrival
We try to take the guess work out of delivery by giving you a delivery date, not a production date.

Intermediate Drop Locations
If your truck is ordered with a body or other equipment which is not installed at the plant, it may require an intermediate drop. We will normally handle the logistics of this for you if the equipment body is part of the Lee-Smith transaction.

Final Delivery
Delivery will be made from the dealership unless you require other arrangements.
